So long as the issuer has never been a shell, you can apply to sell your shares under Rule 144 after you have held your shares for at least 12 months. Follow the steps outlined below.

- Request a legal opinion. We recommend working with issuer's retained legal counsel or otherwise one of these specialized attorneys.*
- Submit your paperwork to ClearTrust:
- Legend Removal Packet
- Opinion Letter
- Original Certificate (if any)
- We will contact you for payment.
