Prefer digital instead? Your board can e-sign. Complete this form and we will prepare and send an electronic board resolution to be digitally executed by each board member. 

If you have an existing transfer agent, notify them of the switch and ask them to send your shareholder records to us. They will send a final invoice to you and send the records to us once that invoice is paid.
